How do we reach this probability?
Every person has a fingerprint in their genes. We compare a large number of locations in the genes of both parties. If they match, the answer is yes with a probability of more than 99.999%. If they do not match, the answer is no at 100%.
The analysis is carried out at the Institute of Human Genetics at Heidelberg University Hospital, to the same standard used in leading German hospitals.

Prenatal paternity testing, without touching the foetus
Small fragments of the foetus’s genes are present in the pregnant mother’s blood. We take a blood sample from the mother only and compare it with a sample from the possible father. No needle reaches the womb.
It can be done from the first weeks of pregnancy, so you know the answer early, not after months of worry.

Who sees the result?
Only the person who provided the sample, or someone they authorise in writing. We do not give the result or sample data to anyone else.
