We document and send
We seal the sample in front of you and record it in a file: who collected it, when, and who received it afterwards. Then we prepare it in our laboratory for medical transport and send it to Heidelberg University Hospital in Germany.

Do I need to come to the laboratory?
No. Everything happens at your door: we come to you, collect the sample, send it, and bring you the result. You can also visit the Erbil branch during working hours if you prefer.
Is the sample affected by shipping to Germany?
No. The sample is packaged for medical transport and sent in a way dedicated to samples, and it is matched with its file on arrival before testing.
